The Animation getting prepared to enter Cosmos studio in Stockholm end of March to start recordings of their debut album. The band completed some 26 songs which will be considered for the upcoming sessions - Henrik Edenhed will be producing the album.

Marissa Burns Trey made a highly succesful showcase in Stockholm a few months ago and several labels are on the case - we hope to bring the news of a label signing in coming months and hope to have the band in studio to cut debut album during the summer.

Smash Into Pieces is now free agents after making the decission to go separate ways with the label. A launch of new facelifted myspace and new material will happen in april.

Straight Frank was recently picked up by Sony Germany and is right now hard on work recording the debut album which is planned to see the light of day end of the year.

The Murder Of My Sweet released their debut album in europe and japan late january and the album is now also avail in north america. The band just signed on with booking agency ITM and gigs and possible support slots being scheduled and planned for the band both in Scandinavia as well thoughout europe. A new single from the album should be launched during march.

Kadawatha been showcasing in New York and London and been having a big amount of music executives to coming out to meet the band here in Sweden as well and a announcement for label set up should come during the spring. Catapult is now in collaboration with Craig Jennings / Raw Power for representation of the band. Daniel Kadawathas close relation with Paramore also building great impact and fans worldwide getting awareness of Kadawathas magnificent songs.

Amaranthe been much buzzed and talked about and is under the radar of almost all the worlds leading and influencial metal labels. The band is set to do the support slots with Kamelot on their upcoming Scandinavian shows in april and there should much likely be a announcement of label signing in coming months as well.

Cervello been in the studio with Henrik Edenhed and the recordings of the bands much sought after debut finally taking shape. The band was picked up by BonnierAmigoMusic this last fall - but due to the labels recent changes of ownership and structure caused some delays for the band to get started with the recordings. A single will be presented to the radio end of april.

April Divine just signed on for new BonnierAmigo imprint label Supernova, where they will launch first single "Redemption" from upcoming album during March. The bands new album been produced partly by Rick Beato at Black Dog studio in Atlanta US and also some tracks with Tobias Lindell in Bohus Sound in Kungalv Sweden.

Producer, drummer and engineer, Daniel Flores just finished production and mixing duties for "The murder of my sweet" debut album signing with Frontiers records (world wide deal). The band is releasing their first single in mid/late September.

Daniel also mixed and produced these albums: Crash the system - "The crowning", Xanima - "Inside warrior", Novak -"Novakation", Natalia - "The 7 Chakras" as well as recorded and produced "Burning Libras" 8 track demo and recorded mixed preproduction work with "Kadawatha".

Daniel's progressive metal outfit "Mind's Eye" received a nomination in "Just plain folks" music awards, reaching 3rd place as best metal album (best Swedish band) and 4th place in best metal song.

As a song writer,
Daniel has together with Angelica Rylin (The murder of my sweet) written the song "I came here to get" for Japanese artist Tsubasa and the interest for the duos songs continues to grow in Japan as we speak.

As a drummer,
Daniel has recorded drums for bands such as Evil Masquerade (winner of best metal song in jpfolks.com), Novak, Silent Call, 7days and "Draconian" guitarist Johan Ericson's new solo album.

In other news,
Daniel has gone into business with "Thin Lizzy" and Motörhead guitar legend Brian Robertson and his manager Sören Lindberg, joining their studios and forces together in Sound vs. Science for new and exiting projects.

THE MURDER OF MY SWEET just recently completed their debut album which will be released in early November through Frontiers Records throughout europe. A Japanese release being lined up as we speak. The band also in talks with various booking agencies and hope to get on the road to support the album release this fall.

New at the Catapult stable is AMARANTHE - this Gothenburg based newcomer already caused a big buzz among labels with their new fresh take on melodic metal. The band showcasing for international labels in their hometown at sticky fingers on october 2:nd.

The next big thing to come out of Sweden - thats the word on and about KADAWATHA. A big amount of major labels are checking this new pop/rock sensation out. The band are set to showcase in NY in september and plans are being lined up to get the band to complete the recordings of the debut album during the fall.

Producer Tobias Lindell been hard at work doing several big production projects this year - the new upcoming Europe album, followed by Mustasch who once again teamed up with Lindell for collaboration. UK big arena popsters Ghosts been working at Bohus with Lindell and also in the pipeline is a new collaboration with April Divine.

CERVELLO the winners of Bandit Unsigned 2008 signing with BonnierAmigoMusic - The bands debut album will be recorded during the fall with producer Henrik Edenhed (DeadByApril, Oh Laura, Straight Frank).

PLAN THREE signed to Ninetone Records this summer and is right now recording their debut album with Patrik Frisk (Takida) producting.

Fear My Dear completed recordings of the bands yet untitled new album which will be released by Gain/SonyBMG later this fall. First single "Panic" gained some great reaction and buzz from swedish radio.

April Divine completed recordings with Rick Beato (I Nine, Shinedown, NeedTo Breathe, Submersed,Dark New Days, City Sleeps) in Atlanta of the bands up and coming second album. The band also inked a publishing deal with Universal Publishing.

Daniel Flores been hard at work writing and producing Murder My Sweet - and also finishing up a track with Ryan Roxies Happy Pill http://www.myspace.com/happypill07. He also been co-writing with Norweigan singstress Carina Dahl and continue works with development of young girl rock band Drop The Girl.
